Shipping & Delivery Information

At Kauda, we prepare and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it enters the courier’s delivery network — and from that point onward, all delivery timing (routing, sorting, and the final delivery window) is managed by the courier.

Most parcels arrive quickly, but during peak periods courier deliveries may take slightly longer. Feel free to reach out before ordering and we’ll guide you.

We always fulfil orders quickly on our side, and we’re here to help if anything looks unusual with your parcel’s journey. 

Kauda’s Dispatch Time

Ready-stock orders

  • Dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order is placed. Courier pickups run Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Custom orders with embroidery

  • Dispatch may take up to 5 working days, because your dog’s name is crafted individually after your order is placed. Courier pickups run Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Expo periods, sales periods or high-volume seasons

  • Dispatch may take up to 10 working days due to increased order volume, though we always ship as quickly as possible. Courier pickups run Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Pre-Orders

  • The expected delivery date will be stated on the product page. Please note that stock arrival may at times be affected by shipping or customs delays.

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

After Dispatch

Once your parcel is in the courier’s hands:

  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier
  • Delivery timing is based on the courier’s daily route
  • We continue to monitor your parcel and will step in if it doesn’t arrive within the timeframe the courier indicates

Courier Delivery Timeframe

Couriers plan their routes each day based on:

  • Delivery location and sequence
  • Parcel volume in your area
  • Traffic or weather conditions
  • Seasonal surges

 

Typical delivery timeframe

  • Most parcels are delivered within 1–3 working days after pickup. Delivery operates Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During sales or peak seasons

  • Delivery may take up to 5 working days after pickup. Delivery operates Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

It’s also common in Singapore for parcels to arrive in the late evening — this is standard across most courier services.

If Your Parcel Seems Delayed

Delays don’t happen often, but if they do, we’ll be the ones contacting the courier — not you.

If your parcel has not arrived within the courier’s stated timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you.

Courier delays can occur due to:

  • High parcel volume in your area
  • Route changes made by the courier
  • Traffic, weather, or manpower constraints
  • Backlogs at the courier hub

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery timing — including routing and arrival — is managed solely by the courier. While we cannot influence their schedule, we will always monitor your parcel, follow up with the courier, and escalate when necessary.

We understand that delays can be frustrating and create anxiety, especially when you’re excited for your dog’s order. Even though courier timing is outside our control, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Shipping Terms

Kauda controls dispatch speed, Courier controls delivery timing.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing depends on the courier’s schedule and route for the day. Although this stage is not within our control, we always dispatch promptly and will assist you if anything runs behind.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these delivery terms.

Shipping Rates & International Duties

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

For international orders, please note that all shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).

This means customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and for communicating with their local customs authorities if required.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping within Singapore on:

• All Beds and Bundles

• Cover-only orders above SGD $90

Note: Conditions may vary during promotions or sales periods.

Incomplete / Incorrect Address

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a reshipping fee will be required before we can send the parcel out again.

We are not liable for lost mail caused by an incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate address provided at checkout.
