Defective Items

If you have received a defective/incorrect item from us, please email us at info@kauda.co within 7 days from the date you receive your item and provide us with the following information:

1) Order number
2) Photo of evidence
Thereafter we will guide you on the exchange process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

Please note: Kauda Bed comes vacuum sealed, if you haven’t opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a exchange of size. 
We don’t accept exchanges if the bed vacuum seal has been opened for hygiene reasons and because it’s impossible to re-package once expanded.

 

Exchange & Returns

All returns via the online store will be refunded by store credit.

Do note that each order is only valid for one-time exchange and returns/exchanges are not allowed for sale items or orders using special promotional codes. 

All sale item(s) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Kauda.co reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
